University Medical Center- Attention Deficit Clinic
The clinic will provide a comprehensive, multi-modal, case-management approach for treating a child. The cooperation of the child’s parents/family is essential. The clinic will also work closely with the child’s teacher to determine the effectiveness of treatment on certain behaviors.


University of Nevada - Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology 
Speech & Lang, Audiology, & Bedside swallow evals, Video stroboscopy, takes pics of vocal cords. Treat all ages for disabling conditions incl CVA/stroke, dev disabilities, lang disorders, cleft-lip/palate & voice disorders incl post-laryngectomy patients.


University of Nevada -Center for Excellence on Developmental Disabilities
Provides interdisciplinary training, offers model exemplary srvcs, conducts evals, disseminates info on dev disabilities & srvc options, provides tech help & conducts relevant research & eval studies. Home to various organizations throughout NV.


University of Nevada Alzheimer's Disease Diagnostic and Treatment Center (ADDTC) - Elko 
Assesses those with memory impairment incl neurological, psychological & psychosocial. Provides info/referral to community health & social srvcs, 1-on-1 counseling, ed for family, treatment planning, option to continue at ctr for pharmacological mgmt.

UNR Child and Family Research Center
Childcare ctrs infant-K. Early childhood special education pgm for 3-5. Childcare provided at many sites on/near campus. Licensed kindergarten with WCSD so kids don’t have to take 1st grade entrance test. Runs pgms with other agencies. (Step 2, UNR).


UNR Early Childhood Autism Program
Home-based early intensive intervention for children with autistic behaviors. Parents take 6-wk training, learn tools to manage child’s behavior during treatment. Later 1:1 tutors. Emphasizes lang, comm, socialization, personal behavior. 2 yr treatment.
